I am the chairman of Purple Trust’s Management Committee, as I believe in our ethos of encouraging people over 50 to “enjoy today and look forward to tomorrow”.
I am a retired Engineering Draughtsman and Health & Safety Manager in both the aerospace industry and local government. I was also a full time carer for my wife until she passed away.
I am a commissioning manager at Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning group as well as an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor. I am the treasurer for Purple Trust and sit on the Management Committee. I joined Purple Trust as I am passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of people in general especially those over the age of 50 years.
I am a retired credit controller and I cared for my husband until he passed away. I became a Management Committee member for Purple Trust in October 2014. I believe there are many lonely people in Bedfordshire who look forward to the social integration Purple Trust offers, both in the clubs and the training programmes. It is so rewarding to read the positive feedback we constantly receive, thanking us for the services we offer.
I am Rob Ray, married to Dawn and we have two sons, Tom and Matthew. I am a Trustee of Purple Trust.
I am a Police Officer and have worked for Bedfordshire Police for 25 years. Following helping out at a "Call My Bluff" session at Sandy 50’s Club, I wanted to help make a difference to the people of Bedfordshire who may find themselves in a lonely world.
